STEP 1

Schedule a free consultation with me. It’s important that you feel comfortable with your counselor, and I’ll help you decide if I’m the right fit for you.

STEP 2

We’ll meet weekly or biweekly to get to the root of the problems you’re experiencing and work on strategies for managing and improving them.

STEP 3

My goal is that you connect with an area in your life that needs attention. You will leave every session with something tangible to put into action in your day-to-day life and that, over time, you’ll look back and see just how far you’ve come.
