Practice Details

While the majority of my clients are in Colorado, I also offer coaching to clients from across the United States. Please note that I am located in the Mountain time zone (MST) so appointments are scheduled accordingly.

Driving Directions

Situated in the heart of Golden, CO, on Washington Ave, right next to Goozell Frozen Yogurt, our office offers the perfect setting for your therapy sessions. Enjoy nearby spots to eat, shop, or unwind, and take a peaceful walk along Clear Creek before or after your visit. Once you enter, head up the stairs and have a seat in the waiting area. I will be with you shortly.

PARKING INFO: Parking is easy and convenient! Parking is free for the first 2 hours . For more info, visit ParkGoldenCO.com. Please note, even thought parking is free for 2 hours, you must register it at the kiosk, through the QR code in the office waiting area, or by the app from the link above. Failure to register it will result in a $50 parking ticket. Please plan ahead and download the app.

From Denver:

  1. Take I-70 W toward Grand Junction.

  2. Merge onto CO-58 W via Exit 265 toward Golden/Central City.

  3. Take the Washington Ave exit.

  4. Turn left onto Washington Ave.

  5. Continue on Washington Ave for about 1 mile.
    Your destination, 1204 Washington Ave, will be on the left.

From Boulder:

  1. Take CO-93 S toward Golden.

  2. Continue on CO-93 S for about 17 miles.

  3. Turn left onto 12th St.

  4. Turn right onto Washington Ave.

  5. 1204 Washington Ave will be on the right after about 0.1 miles.

From Lakewood:

  1. Take W 6th Ave heading west.

  2. Exit onto Indiana St and turn right.

  3. Continue straight to stay on Indiana St, which becomes W 10th Ave.

  4. Turn left onto Ford St.

  5. Turn right onto 12th St.

  6. Turn left onto Washington Ave, and your destination will be on the right.
